Audition Workshop: Mock audition followed by Q&A.
Technique Lab: Incorporating feedback from the showcase, dancers will work through combinations to enrich technique.
On Camera: Dancers learn to perform with a camera and filming. Dancers will work with camera to gain practical experience guided by our teaching artist.
Dance Team: Exhilarating class to learn technique and skills specific to collegiate and professional dance teams.

Performance Showcase
Our concert style performance showcase gives dancers the opportunity to perform in an encouraging, non-competitive atmosphere while receiving purposeful critiques from the Festival's teaching artists. Special awards, recognitions and scholarships are presented at each festival. Bring your studio's routines for an engaging and inspirational concert performance.
Patrons are asked to stay seated while dancers are performing and throughout the entire showcase. We provided professional lighting with blackouts between dances. All patrons must be affiliated with a studio or independent dancer attending the festival and are given an armband for admittance.
Auditions required for select locations. Music, costumes, concept, and choreography must be approved to perform at our open venues ie Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World.
Showcase Production
Performance Routine
Perform with dancers from around the country. Dancers take on the role of a professional beginning with an audition through the final performance. Each dancer will learn the importance of collaboration with their fellow cast members, choreographers, directors, producers, and technical support.
Celebration Production Performance is open to all Independent and studio dancers ages 10 - 19 and NEW age 7 - 9. Optional production routine - *$325 per dancer ages 10 - 19 and $250 ages 7 - 9 includes choreography, costume, showcase entry fee, and onsite rehearsals.
*does not include festival tuition. Dancers must be registered with festival to participate in add-on production routine
Closing Show and Awards
The Closing Show at Celebration Dance Festival is the grand finale of an inspiring and energetic weekend, bringing together dancers, teachers, and families for one last unforgettable performance. This special event features standout pieces from our Showcase Performance, allowing dancers to once again share their artistry and passion on stage.
Additionally, throughout the weekend, dancers have participated in transformative classes led by our talented faculty. During the Closing Show, selected dancers—chosen by their instructors—will have the opportunity to perform routines they learned, demonstrating their growth and dedication.
Beyond the performances, the Closing Show is also a time to honor and celebrate the hard work of our participants. We proudly present Festival Scholarships to deserving dancers, providing them with opportunities to continue their training and further their dance journey. We also recognize standout performances from the Showcase with special awards, highlighting excellence, creativity, and passion.
This final event is a heartfelt conclusion to a weekend of inspiration, learning, and celebration—sending everyone home with lasting memories and excitement for the next Celebration Dance Festival!
Summer Intensive Audition
We are proud to have hosted the Joffrey Ballet Summer of Hiphop auditions since our inception. It has been an honor to provide a platform for talented dancers to further their dance education and pursue their dreams.
Dancers auditioning for Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensives at our event have also been accepted to summer intensives for Jazz/Contemporary, Musical Theater, Cirque Arts, Multi-genre, Trainee Proram and study abroad. We look forward to adding the ballet summer intensive audition this season.
